TRUTH TELLER FOR HIRE

My name is Deniz.

Pronounced DUH-nez (Don't feel bad, no one knows how to say it).

I am a writer, a conceptual art director, and a strategist. I karaoke. I try new things. I speak truth. I don't actually play the Keytar (sorry.) I have an incredibly loud, contagious laugh. For real, you've been warned.

I lead with curiosity. I lead creative. I lead strategy. I lead inspiration and perspiration. I build agencies. I lead teams, but not just teams, I grow people. I listen, I hear, I push, I support. I lead RESULTS. As an eternal optimist, I see potential in everyone. And most importantly, I know that “I” am only as good as the passion my team wields for the work.

I can make any office more fun.

I also have feelings (gasp!) We are, after all, salespeople of the human condition - whether that's hope or fear, comedy or drama, silliness or togetherness. If you put yourself in someone else's shoes, it’s easier to sell them new ones. And while I am proficient in all the ways we need to be leveraging AI to be more efficient, the real thing we all need more of these days is a human touch.

At the end of the day, this business is all about ideas. About breaking through the 10,000 ads a person sees any given day and connecting. That’s the power of great ideas.

I fight for creativity, efficiency and effectiveness. I turn data into strategy into poetry. Insights into innovation. But enough about me, let's kick some ass together.
